TND (Turbocharger Nozzle Development) are a group of Masters students from Brunel University embarking on a project to redesign the nozzle of a Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT).
So, who are we?
Adam Feneley
Lead CFD Engineer and Website Editor
Lead CFD Engineer and Website Editor
Adam takes responsibility for all Computational Fluid Dynamics simulations as well as running the website and managing our online presence.

Jorawar Binning
Lead FEA Engineer
Jo is responsible for all Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing on our concept designs, these results will help us choose the most appropriate design features for our final product.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mindaugas Bacenas
Lead CAD Engineer
MEng Motorsport Engineering, Brunel University
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Colin McCoach
Lead Testing Engineer
Lead Testing Engineer
MEng Motorsport Engineering, Brunel University
Colin is responsible for all things testing. He will co-ordinate the testing plan, whilst incorporating a backup strategy. This will involve experimental design for both a turbocharger testing rig and wind tunnel testing.
Vijay Sivarasa
Materials, Manufacturing, Budgeting and Team Co-ordinator
MEng Motorsport Engineering, Brunel University
Vijay is the team co-ordinator; taking minutes, creating agendas, timing plans and ensuring we have sufficient rooms for meetings. As well as this, Vijay has to work with Jo to decide upon the materials most suitable for our design, and then arrange the manufacture (As well as selecting the methods) in time for testing.
